Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Does the sleeve make the PAX 4 feel bulky?
Not at all. It’s actually quite slim and form-fitting. It adds a bit of "grip" so the device doesn't feel like it’s going to slide out of your hand, but it still fits into your pocket or bag without any trouble.
Will it protect my vape if I drop it on the pavement?
It definitely helps. The silicone acts like a little shock absorber for those accidental bumps or drops. It’s also great for preventing scratches on that nice aluminium finish if you carry it in your bag with keys or coins.
Can I still see the LED "petals" through the sleeve?
Yes, there’s a precise cutout right over the front. You’ll be able to see your temperature modes and battery life perfectly, so you aren't losing any of the device's features just to keep it protected.
Does the device overheat if I leave the sleeve on?
PAX designed these specifically to handle the heat. The sleeve actually helps keep your hand comfortable during those back-to-back sessions, and it doesn't mess with the device's internal cooling at all.
Is it easy to take off when I want to clean the device?
It’s basically like a phone case. You can slide it on and off in a few seconds. We recommend taking it off once a week or so just to wipe down any dust that might have snuck underneath.
