DynaVap want you to be happy with your purchase and stand behind the quality of their products. However, there are some situations where their warranty doesn’t apply.

DynaVap can’t accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care, or for products that show clear signs of abuse or excessive wear and tear. Loss or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, accidents, or simply misplacing the item isn’t covered either.

Returns also can’t be accepted if parts or pieces are missing. Multipacks, such as 3-packs, must be returned in full—individual items from these sets can’t be returned separately. DynaVap also can’t accept products that have been soiled or contaminated beyond what would be expected from normal use, or in cases of repeated misuse of the return policy.

Please note that minor imperfections or variations in colour on coloured devices are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.
