Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Flow Vaporizer

2 years (+ 2 years extended upon registering device within 30 days of purchase) limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Are these mouthpieces compatible with other PAX models?
No, they are only made to fit the PAX Flow and won’t work with PAX Plus, Mini, or older models.
