Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Yes. It is very important to keep your Pax vape clean in order to ensure proper function of the device. The Premium Maintenance Kit feature 3D ovens that improve airflow and are easy to insert and extract.

Whats the difference between the Pax Maintenance Kit and the Pax Premium Maintenance kit?

The Pax maintenance kit features the older design of oven screens that come with Pax 2 & 3 + wire brush and 10 pipe cleaners. The Premium Kit comes with a wire brush & 3D oven screens that are compatible with all Pax vapes and increase airflow for smoother draw and are easier to install.
