Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Does the magnetic lid really stay on in my pocket?

It’s actually surprisingly strong. The magnets snap right into place, so you don't have to worry about your herbs spilling out while you’re walking around. It’s designed to stay flush and secure until you’re ready to empty it.

Is this the same lid that fits the older Pax 3?

While they look identical, this one is specifically for the Pax 4 and Pax Plus. Using the official lid meant for your model ensures you get that perfect, airtight seal that makes the conduction heating work properly.

Will the lid get too hot to touch during a session?

The bottom of the device can get warm, but the lid itself is designed to stay safe to handle. We still recommend giving it a minute to cool down after your session before you pop it off to reload.

How do I know if I need a new oven lid?

If your current lid is looking a bit dented, or if it doesn't seem to "snap" into place as tightly as it used to, it’s probably time for a fresh one. A loose lid can mess with your airflow and vapour quality.

What’s the best way to clean off the sticky residue?

Just take a cotton bud with a tiny bit of isopropyl alcohol and wipe around the edges of the lid and the rim of the oven. Keeping those magnets clean makes sure the lid sits perfectly flat and doesn't get stuck.
