Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Why do I need the Pax Puck Press?

The Pax Puck Press compresses your herb into oven sized pucks that fit perfectly inside your pax vaporizer. It makes loading much easier and because the herb is packed it ensures more efficient extraction when vaping.
